Hannah is 5/5! We hired her for day of coordinating, and she also was there to help lead rehearsal. Prior to the wedding day, she would reach out to check in, send me texts with ideas for my wedding, and reached out to other vendors ahead of time. Despite not hiring her for planning, she was always happy to be a resource for me and share advice based on her experiences in the wedding industry. When you’re working with so many artsy people who are great at their craft, I found it invaluable to have Hannah to be the type-A person to keep things flowing smoothly! She has a calm demeanor but will also vouch for the bride and groom when needed. We LOVE her!!!

I could not imagine my wedding day without Hannah being there. Hannah was everywhere and took care of ALL the details! Little things that brides don’t think about, she took care of. If there were issues with anything, I had no idea. She knew all of the details, so she could take care of things without me knowing. And I had full confidence in her. If you’re on the fence about hiring her, do it! I’m very type A and I thought I would be able to get away with not having a day of coordinator. I was very wrong. Having Hannah be apart of my wedding day allowed me to relax and enjoy the day (as every bride should). Before the wedding she was amazing with communicating with me all of my ideas, visions and details. Closer to the wedding she helped communicate all the details with the vendors. My wedding day went so smoothly, and Hannah was a huge part of that. Hannah is also the sweetest person. I’ve gained a friend from this!

Words don't begin to explain the ease Hannah provided us throughout this entire process. Our journey was long, constantly changing and definitely needed a voice of reason. I highly recommend a wedding coordinator, of course Bird Nest Events, to ensure organization, peace of mind and the best hype woman!! For anyone who is thinking about it, trust me it's a decision you will never regret!! Hannah was absolutely amazing to work with. Her communication was top-notch and really kept me on track! She was able to alleviate so much stress and stealthfully dealt with snafus on the day-of so I didn't have to have a worry in the world. She also worked fantastically with my other vendors. Hannah's skills allowed me to have the beautiful day I envisioned and I'm so thankful for that. I couldn't have had such a wonderful wedding day without her!

I can't say enough great things about Hannah!! She was honestly one of my greatest supporters through the whole wedding planning process from the moment we hired her to our special day! She went above and beyond for us and was always there to answer my silly questions or listen to me vent about wedding planning stressors. We had some issues with our venue early on and Hannah constantly reassured me that she would make sure our day went the way it was supposed to with or without their help. I don't think I would have made it through wedding planning without her help and support!! 10/10 recommend hiring Hannah to make your special day even better!!! The best decision I made while planning our wedding was hiring Hannah! We were only about 2-3 months out when I finally decided we couldn’t go without a coordinator on the big day and she went above and beyond our expectations!! She gave me the help and reassurance I needed to organize what I already had and remind me of what we still needed. I am a very organized but last minute person so some things fell through the cracks but she was very understanding and was able to accommodate my last minute changes! She is very professional, detail oriented and super easy to get along with! Hannah made our day stress free and I will recommend her forever!!

We almost didn’t invest in a wedding planner because we thought our event was small enough to manage ourselves. 15/10 stars, if possible! Hannah was a great investment in our big day. She went above and beyond in the planning process and day of. During the planning process she acted as a sounding board for all our ideas, gave us feedback, and helped us come up with our own planning, while constantly reminding us that it was “our” day and to do what “we” wanted. During day of, we answered no questions from vendors or family and followed her guidance. She was there when we realized we had no one to put boutonnières on the guys and for our impromptu home getaway. Hannah is easy to work with, intelligent in the industry, and super resourceful!

I met Hannah at a wedding expo and after talking to her briefly, I could tell she was an organized professional. At first my fiance was a little hesitant about hiring a wedding coordinator, but he was sold on Bird Nest Events after our first meeting. Hannah didn't just do day of coordinating, she went above and beyond to ensure the wedding was a success. She talked to vendors for me when there were changes to the schedule, and she also answered questions promptly. Talking to Hannah about your wedding is like talking to your friends, except she has expertise in the field and her advice is always helpful! She made my wedding a fun day instead of a stressful one. I can't recommend her enough!

As the bride, I can’t even begin to explain how effortless and organized Hannah made my big day. Upon hiring Hannah, I was a majority of the way through my engagement period and had most of my planning done - Honestly, I was skeptical about even needing a coordinator. Her skills quickly proved me wrong, and she helped me find the gaps where I was missing details, and she helped me organize what I already had done and ensured I was prepared for the big day.

My day would not have been or gone as smooth as it had without Hannah. For days I received compliments from family and guests, even bridal party members, about how it was the least stressful and most organized wedding day they’ve ever been a part of. I cannot thank Hannah enough for everything she did! She’s phenomenal at what she does and made the day go SO smooth. She handled any hiccups so quickly I didn’t even know they happened haha She’s extremely personable and professional. I have worked with event planners and coordinators in the past being in the industry myself and I have yet to work with someone as great as Hannah! If you’re on the fence about planning help or a day of coordinator I can’t recommend Hannah and Bird Nest Events enough!

We had such a great experience with Hannah! She was very attentive, easy to work with and professional. She asked us what we needed help with and built a custom package off of that. She even set up the zoom call for our virtual guests! Hannah has such a great attitude about everything, which was very helpful during the stressful times while planning! We would definitely hire her again for a future event!

I cannot say more amazing things about Hannah at Bird Nest Events. She made the best day of my life easy and stress free. From the beginning I was debating if I even wanted a wedding day of coordinator, but I was scrolling through Facebook and Hannah popped up and asked if I was interested. I knew we clicked instantly. I am a type A person, I have spreadsheets for everything, but I knew that if I wanted to enjoy my day I needed someone else taking over the tasks I typically would take over. People were so shocked that I chose to hire a coordinator because if just didn’t seem like something I would do. Hannah was seriously the best though. She made sure everything was handled, we had a couple hiccups during our day but I didn’t even notice them. She texted me throughout the whole planning period to check up and see if I needed anything, reminded me of things to just make sure I had everything under control. She took care of everything big and small so I could hang out with my girls and family to create those special moments. I would recommend Hannah and Bird Nest Events to every bride out there. 

Hannah did an amazing job helping me with my wedding this past August. She is so prompt, professional, kind and on top of things. She helped me organize things I didn’t even know I needed! We truly couldn’t have had such a great wedding experience without Hannah!
